\uD83C\uDFAF What You’ll Actually Be Doing :
Keep it smooth : Handle the daily repairs and keep our systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from throwing tantrums.
Fix it fast : Something’s broken? You’re already halfway there. Respond quickly to guest repair needs and safety concerns.
Stay ahead of the game : Run preventive maintenance so things don’t go sideways.
Save the stay : Jump on guest issues with a cool head. Use basic tools and equipment with confidence and safety.
Make it safe : Know your codes, follow the rules, keep it secure. Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas.
Roll with the crew : Team up with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and outside vendors to keep the vibe flowing.
\uD83D\uDEE0 You Bring :
High school diploma (bonus points for technical school or certifications)
Hotel or apartment maintenance experience = solid gold
Know-how in plumbing, mechanical, and electrical fixes
Good instincts, better follow-through
You're calm, clear, and communicative—even when the A / C isn’t
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and hustle without breaking a sweat
Cool with flexible shifts (day, night, weekends, holidays—this place never sleeps)
