Operations Manager (Plymouth)

The Operations Manager leads and oversees all pharmacy fulfillment operations, including packaging, bulk dispensing, automated dispensing systems, inventory management, delivery, and returns. This leader ensures productivity, quality, and compliance across all departments while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Location : At our closed-door pharmacy Plymouth, MI

Salary : $115,000 + (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm (with weekend availability as necessary)

Classification : Full-time, Exempt

Reports To : Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) or Director of Pharmacy
