Birch Agency is currently hiring a Special Education Teacher to work in a 4th Grade Self-Contained Classroom for the 20252026 school year near Posen, Illinois .

Position Details :

Grade Level : 4th Grade

Classroom Type : Self-Contained (no more than 13 students)

School Year : 20252026

Schedule : Full-Time, In-Person

Location : Near Posen, IL

Starting Pay : $48 / hour

Requirements :

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 or Special Education endorsement

Experience working in a self-contained or special education classroom preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills
