As Sevier County's fastest growing, highest-volume cleaning and maintenance company, we're looking for dependable, detail-driven Quality Control Inspectors to help us maintain the highest standards across our expanding vacation rental portfolio.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept :

Inspect properties post-cleaning to ensure our teams are knocking it out of the park

Travel between multiple cabin sites daily (gas station coffee might become your new BFF)

Spot and report maintenance issues or property damage like a hawk

Test hot tub cleanliness (don't worry, we train)

Make sure trash and debris are gone - not just hidden in the closet

Follow PPE regulations like your health depends on it (because it might)

Snap detailed photos and videos of each clean - documentation is king

Light property touch-ups & supply delivery as needed

You'll Succeed If You Have :

A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle

That rare "eagle eye" for the smallest details

Time management and organizational skills that would make a drill sergeant proud

A polished, professional appearance and excellent customer service chops

The ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly (those laundry bags aren't light!)

Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and new digital tools

Weekend and holiday availability - tourism doesn't take a day off
