Salary : $300K–$400K + Bonus / Equity Potential

The company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial infrastructure, optimize performance visibility, and guide long-term strategic expansion.

This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role for a results-driven executive who values career stability and wants to make a measurable difference within a collaborative and growth-minded culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across multiple entities
• Develop and mentor accounting, FP&A, and treasury teams with focus on job costing and WIP visibility
• Implement and optimize ERP and analytics systems (Sage, Vista, NetSuite, Power BI, Adaptive, etc.)
• Drive cash management, capital planning, and project financing strategies
• Partner with ownership and operations to align financial insights with business objectives
• Oversee tax, audit, and compliance functions
• Present clear, data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and support growth
