As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor designated entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Control access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, maintaining a secure environment for logistical and distribution operations.

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to help to deter unauthorized access.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the operational needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, noting and reporting any irregularities.

Communicate with site management and Allied Universal regarding security-related matters, observations, and incidents.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in logs and reports as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
