Job Description
Most EA roles plateau after 18 months.
This one accelerates for years.
I'm hunting for one EA who's tired of being underutilized. Someone watching LinkedIn thinking "Why does their job sound like a different profession?"
Here's the truth : Most EA roles are boring because most executives are boring.
This one isn't.
The Opportunity
Palo Alto. Global business leader. The kind of diary that would make most EAs cry.
He doesn't need someone to manage his calendar.
He needs someone to architect his life.
The Reality Check
His calendar isn't just busy - it's a living organism that touches three continents weekly.
If you panic when someone says "I need to be in Tokyo tomorrow," this isn't for you.
If you get excited? Keep reading.
What You'll Actually Do
You won't be booking meetings.
→ You'll be deciding which meetings shouldn't exist.
You won't be arranging travel.
→ You'll be orchestrating movements like a chess grandmaster.
You won't be supporting one person.
→ You'll be the gravitational center of an entire ecosystem.
The Environment
Who You Need to Be
✓ You'll have proven experience as an EA, with some experience of managing Private / Personal work (although this is not a huge part)
✓ You've managed calendars so complex they required color-coding, time zone calculators, and occasionally prayer
✓ You know the difference between "urgent" and "urgent-urgent" without being told
✓ You can spot a scheduling conflict three weeks before it happens
✓ You've dealt with private aviation (or you're smart enough to figure it out fast)
✓ You think in outcomes, not tasks
The Brutal Truth
This role will stretch you. Some days, it'll nearly break you.
But if you're the EA who's been playing at 60% capacity, waiting for something that actually uses your brain?
This is your chance to find out what 100% feels like.
The Package
$140,000 base + significant bonus + benefits that actually matter (Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter, 401K, Professional Development budgets, plus many, many more!)
But honestly? The real payment is finally having a job worth talking about.
📍 Palo Alto based. 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
Ready to Level Up?
If you're ready to stop watching other EAs have all the fun, here's what to do :
1. Check that you're genuinely exceptional (average won't cut it)
2. Make sure you want challenge, not comfort
3. Apply immediately
4. Check your emails reguarly because we'll be in touch very soon
Or keep scrolling and stay comfortable.
Your choice.
