As a Float Pool RN, you will be a champion of healthcare, providing quality and compassionate care to diverse patient populations. Your responsibilities will include :
Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.Recognizing significant changes in patient conditions and adapting care plans accordingly.Coordinating comprehensive patient care and ensuring safety.Leading discharge planning and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care experiences.Qualifications : Licensure :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience :
1 year of clinical nursing experience required; 2 years preferred.Skills and Abilities :
Holistic patient care approach with strong communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence.Proficient in electronic medical records and communication tools.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Physical Requirements :
