Holy City Heating & Air is growing and looking for Service Technicians who consider themselves amongst the Best of the Best.

Holy City Heating and Air has relocated to Downtown Charleston. A full-service heating and air conditioning company specializing in residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and retrofit equipment replacement. We specialize in inverter HVAC Technology being both a Daikin Elite and Daimond Mitsubishi Contractor.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC Systems to our clients in a timely fashion. We prefer candidates with experience and education, but we will consider those with good working ethics and mechanical skills.

Job Requirements :

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential HVAC service
• Demonstrate ability to use current Android / Apple technology for communications and field reporting
• Complete work in a timely manner and a willingness to work until the last job of the day is done
• Flexibility to work overtime / weekends and on-call schedule
• Be well-organized, outgoing with a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and develop & build positive business relationships with clients
• Ability to maneuver in confined spaces i.e. crawlspaces, attics, etc.
• Ability to climb / descend ladders and lift 50lbs
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Technician Responsibilities :

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

Assisting with customers' queries

Experience :

HVAC Service : 3-5 year (Preferred)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
