Puller Job

As a puller, you will be responsible for using equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight in the distribution center. Pullers will retrieve warehouse orders and move them to the proper induction lanes so the cargo can go to the stores. They will also locate warehouse locations to put away inbound freight so that it can be later retrieved to send to the stores.

• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases, master loads, and locations as needed.
• Ability to ensure that freight is going to the proper location.
• Ability to check and maintain proper documentation in the warehouse management system.
• Required to accurately follow various inbound, outbound, and freight relocation operations processes.
• Ensure the freight is stacked securely before moving the pallet.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.95 per hour and is eligible for shift premium. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
