Program Manager - Productions

Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) - Productions to oversee program area activity within the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (S SBU).

This role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program plan, vision, and tactical direction for program implementation by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program's engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.

What You Will Do

• Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), as well as coordinating customer Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
• Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primes
• Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
• Manage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspects
• Support proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation, and administration of contracts with the customer

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
