Neurosurgeon / Clinical Division Leader-
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Neurosurgeon who is eager to make an impact and contribute to our mission of providing high‑quality healthcare.
Requirements Include :
In addition to clinical practice, this position will have administrative responsibilities for clinical and strategic leadership of the Neurosurgery service line in Wisconsin.
At a minimum and in addition to training and certification please note some of the following requirements :
An MBA, MHA or related degree preferred
Knowledge and understanding of healthcare delivery systems is essential
Experience in or knowledge of healthcare services throughout the continuum of care
Knowledge and experience in leading and developing quality initiatives, improvements and programs to include appropriate metrics and benchmarks
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements :
BE / BC and completion of a Neurosurgery residency from an ACGME accredited program.
Minimum of 3 years in practice.
Subspecialty interests will be supported.
