Schedule :

This position follows a rotating schedule , with 12-hour shifts (AM : 7 am7 pm or PM : 7 pm7 am) with every other weekend off.

Role Highlights :

Set up and validate new molds and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ)

Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes

Support continuous improvement alongside engineers and tooling teams

Must have experience in medical-grade plastic injection molding (5+ years)

Ideal Candidate Has :

5+ years as a Process Technician in a regulated, high-volume plastics environment

Experience with mold validations, developing work instructions, and process documentation

Familiarity with RJG / Kistler instrumentation and IMM robot programming preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on shift

Location : Richfield, WI

This is a direct-hire, permanent role with hourly pay in the $25$36 / hour range , depending on experience.
