About the District Manager Role

We are searching for an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee eight stores across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont . As a District Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving operational excellence across a variety of locations by leading and inspiring our General Managers and team members. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 , with an added 15% quarterly bonus potential based on performance.

Job Qualifications

To succeed in this role as District Manager, you will need :

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience within the food service or restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees at all levels.
• Availability for frequent travel across Concord, NH , Brattleboro, VT , and various stores in Massachusetts (Amherst, Wayland, Lexington, Winchester, Melrose, and Bedford).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) , evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• High School Diploma (minimum required).
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .
• Experience analyzing financial reports (Profit & Loss statements, Income Statements, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
