About The Role :

We're leveling up our understanding of our customers' needs & perspectives-and we're hiring a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to help make it happen

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will bring a customer-centric perspective & rigorous research insights to inform decisions across marketing, product, sales, and the broader business. Your work will directly impact how we reach and serve millions of users worldwide.

What You Will Do :

• Lead qualitative & quantitative consumer insights & market research efforts, as a member of the Marketing Analytics team
• Design & field research in partnership with internal stakeholders & external market research consultants
• Be the champion of customer centricity in our marketing organization - Represent the voice of the customer in marketing, product, and other conversations
• Uncover new ways of understanding our customers -collaborating with Marketing Analysts & Data Scientists to make qualitative & quantitative market research findings actionable
• Partner across the business-from Product, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Regional Marketing-to reveal consumer insights that drive growth strategies, audience segmentation, and full-funnel performance
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Anticipated Base Pay : $120,000 - $170,000 + participation in our annual bonus plan
