Sales Recruiter

A company is looking for a Staff Sales Recruiter to manage talent acquisition within the sales organization.Key Responsibilities : Develop and update job descriptions, provide market insights, and build interview plans in partnership with hiring managersSource and recruit candidates through various methods and conduct resume screenings and interviewsManage job postings, research new sourcing resources, and improve the talent acquisition processRequired Qualifications : 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sales or go-to-marketFamiliarity with modern ATS tools, preferably GreenhouseExperience in assessing talent across various levels using unbiased methodsAbility to manage recruiting-related projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working as part of an in-house recruiting team
