Oslin Nation Co has an exciting opportunity for a sales person! We are a manufacturer's representative serving the mechanical (hydronic) and plumbing contractors in the commercial, institutional, and industrial markets in Texas. The ideal candidate has experience working with mechanical contractors and has the ability to develop relationships and become a valuable resource for our customers. Sales presentations, product demonstrations, and continuous customer and vendor interaction are required to be successful in this role. Primary Responsibilities Include :

  • Maintain / grow sales to existing assigned accounts
  • Establish and develop new accounts
  • Make regularly scheduled visits to customers
  • Handle bid / spec and aftermarket sales activity for assigned accounts
  • Provide account management for existing clientele
  • Develop and maintain ongoing sales strategy as directed by manager
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals
  • Actively introduce products / services / extensions to new and existing customers
  • Manage projects from conception through owner training

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field helpful
  • Maintain / grow sales to existing assigned accounts
  • 3 years of direct selling experience
  • Effective interaction with both internal and external contacts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe
  • Sales forecasting, strategy development, execution, and tracking
  • Familiarity with HVAC and hydronic and plumbing systems and applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after completion of training
  • Physically capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Hours :  Typical hours are M-F 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
