• Benefits : Company pays 85% of premium
• Pay : $23 / hour to start

About the Role

We are seeking a Thermal Spray Set-Up Technician to support our thermal spray team in preparing parts for dimensional restoration. This is an excellent entry point into a specialized trade, and we will provide full on-the-job training (OJT) through a combination of computer-based modules and hands-on instruction.

Candidates with welding, fabrication, or industrial experience are encouraged to apply — no previous thermal spray experience is required.

Prepare turbine engine components for thermal spray coating operations

Training Provided

Through our in-house training program, the successful candidate will learn :

Fundamentals of thermal spraying techniques, including plasma, arc, and combustion flame methods

Qualifications

Welding, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
