Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven industry
Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing techniques
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high organization
Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process
Familiarity with recruitment software and data-driven hiring practices is a plus
