Interventional Cardiologist Job Details

Job Title : Locum Tenens Interventional Cardiologist

Location : Monongahela, PA 15063 (Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)

Assignment Dates : December 23, 2025 – December 30, 2025

Shift : 24-hour STEMI call coverage (07 : 00 – 07 : 00)

Contract Duration : 1 week

Practice Setting : Hospital – Interventional Cardiology Department

Position Type : Locum tenens / Travel contract

Interventional Cardiologist Qualifications

Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology (ABIM required)

Active Pennsylvania medical license (PA cardiology jobs)

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in interventional cardiology

Proficiency in left and right heart catheterization procedures

Ability to provide acute STEMI / heart attack call coverage

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 24-hour STEMI call coverage for the hospital’s Interventional Cardiology unit

Perform left and right heart catheterizations and interventional cardiology procedures

Collaborate with hospital clinical support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Respond promptly to acute cardiac emergencies and provide expert clinical management

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the hospital’s EMR system
