A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and delivery of proposals and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze RFQs and RFPs, coordinate proposal development, and produce compliant submission content
Assist with interview preparation and support firmwide marketing initiatives
Create and maintain marketing collateral while managing proposal tracking and administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism; or an Associate's degree with relevant experience; or 2+ years of A / E / C experience without a degree
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of A / E / C industry terminology and project delivery methods
Understanding of firm practices, clients, and branding
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Deltek VantagePoint is a plus
