When : 1st Shift, 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM

Pay : $20–$22 / hour, DOE

Role Snapshot

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll ensure each component fits and functions to spec while meeting safety, quality, and throughput targets. You’ll rotate across tasks as demand changes and contribute ideas that make work safer and more efficient.

Your Impact

  • Build parts and subassemblies on progressive lines following standard work, method sheets, and diagrams.
  • Read / interpret blueprints and schematics to determine dimensions, materials, and sequence.
  • Operate pneumatic and hand tools; use measuring tools to confirm tolerances.
  • Spot and report defects or unsafe conditions; uphold housekeeping standards.
  • Load / unload onto conveyors / carts; operate forklifts and hoists safely.
  • Maintain and inspect tools / equipment; initiate repair work orders when needed.
  • Manage supplies : check levels, place / expedite orders, and verify receipts.
  • Assemble and fasten components, checking connections for correct fit.
  • Perform brazing, soldering, press operations, hanging / unhanging, and quality checks / tests.
  • Assist teammates across the area and tackle other duties as assigned.
  • Must-Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year in manufacturing and proven blueprint reading skills.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to follow manuals, drawings, and schematics precisely.
  • Strong safety mindset.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Comfort with common hand tools (wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, steel banding).
  • Mechanical aptitude; experience with power tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • On-site, No Travel

    This position is based at our West Chester, PA site. No travel required.
