Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager (Store & Online) at C&J’s Candy Store & Scoop Shoppe located in Menomonie, WI. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing online sales, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.
