Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opportunity is available for a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in school-based services. This contract position is located in Wellton, AZ, within a high school setting, serving students in grades 9 through 12. The role requires a mitment throughout the current school year (CSY), starting ASAP and concluding at the end of the school year (EOSY).

Responsibilities include providing prehensive occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 140 students, with support from additional OT and COTA staff. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve students' functional abilities, support academic success, and enhance participation in the school environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Licensed and certified as a COTA or OT, with specialized experience in school-based occupational therapy.
• Experience working with adolescents, preferably aged 14 to 18 (9th to 12th grade).
• Ability to manage a large caseload while collaborating effectively with assistants and other educational professionals.
• Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations, documentation, and best practices.
• Strong munication and organizational skills to support students and school staff.
