Job Description :

As a Leasing Agent at SYLIS Property Management, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping to guide them through the leasing process. You will be responsible for showcasing available units, handling inquiries, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications. Your role is essential in achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates while ensuring an exceptional experience for all potential tenants. You will collaborate with the property management team to implement marketing strategies, follow up with leads, and assist with resident relations. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will contribute to the continued success and reputation of our communities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leasing & Marketing :

Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available units.

Build strong, professional relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.

Process rental applications, verify qualifications, and prepare lease agreements.

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document unit conditions.

Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and staff to ensure efficient operations.
