Job Overview

We are a wholesale grower seeking a motivated and friendly individual who shares our love for horticulture and has a passion for helping our customers select and purchase a broad range of exotic plants, trees, and flowers. Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the Nursery
• Assist customers in finding and selecting the appropriate plants, based on their specific requirements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on plant care.
• Assist in the development of approaches that ensure every customer is made aware of the full spectrum of material we offered.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
• Assist in inventory control and safety practices.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
