We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving cost efficiency across production day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ERP transformation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders across various departments, factories, and business segments. This position is located in Pomona CA.
Key Responsibilities :
Serveas a strategic finance partner to site Operations leadership, maintainingclose alignment with daily factory activities to enable data-drivendecisions.
Leadfinancial planning and analysis for manufacturing, including budgeting,forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
Monitorand analyze key plant metrics such as utilization, scrap, yield, overtime,and variances; recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
Collaboratewith plant leadership to manage costs, support output planning, andoversee inventory and capital expenditure controls.
Performprofitability and margin analyses to assess business efficiency andidentify opportunities for improvement.
Developand maintain high-quality financial reports and dashboards using SAP,Tableau, and other analytical tools.
Applyadvanced technical accounting knowledge to interpret Profit & Loss andBalance Sheet drivers, supporting accurate forecasting and planning.
Utilizedata mining, predictive modeling, and analytics to generate actionableinsights and support strategic decisions.
Leadand support system implementations - Sherpa X rollout, harmonization,automation, new process optimization and adoption, ensuring alignment withfinancial goals and operational needs.
Monitoremerging technologies to identify opportunities for automation and processoptimization.
Ensuretimely and accurate standard and ad hoc reporting of key financialinformation, maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Minimumof 5+ years of experience in a finance role within a fast-pacedmanufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiencywith SAP FI / CO and Microsoft Office tools.
Currentor former Siemens employees strongly preferred.
Demonstratedexpertise in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial analysisprocesses.
Abilityto handle technical finance tasks, including advanced modeling and dataanalysis.
Highlevel of adaptability to changing priorities while consistentlymaintaining accuracy and timeliness.
