Job Summary
The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for the operational and financial performance of multiple locations within an assigned region (minimum 5–8 General Managers). This includes oversight of center-level operations, employee development, customer satisfaction, business growth, and profitability.
The RD serves as the primary coach and mentor for General Managers, ensuring execution of company standards, consistency across shops, and accountability to results. This role directly aligns General Managers to the Area Vice President’s strategy, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly Standard Work is executed at the shop level.
