Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD

The Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD will :

  • Manage interiors-focused construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Lead teams of APMs and coordinate closely with Superintendents and Estimators (Excel-based)
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and quality control
  • Directly support project execution-our PMs are always touching the work
  • Ensure pace, precision, and communication across fast-turnover projects
  • Engage with clients, design teams, and field staff to bring custom visions to life

The Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Bethesda, MD will have :

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, interiors strongly preferred
  • Experience with restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage projects is highly valued
  • Proven ability to manage $2M-$5M+ fast-paced interior projects
  • Comfortable working on specialized, short-duration (2-6 month) projects
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to get hands-on when needed
  • Ability to thrive in a boutique, team-oriented environment

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$140,000
