Interactive Member Service Representatives act as the credit unions personal representative with members by building strong relationships between the members and the credit union. They enhance the member’s experience by providing exceptional professional and consistent service using the Interactive Teller video system. Interactive Member Service Representatives support and demonstrate exceptional member service standards, are professional and friendly at all times, and are willing to work flexible work shifts to accommodate extended operating hours and business needs of the credit union.
This position is located on-site on the 2nd floor of our DeBarr Branch (4020 DeBarr Rd.). This position is not eligible for a remote / hybrid schedule.
Pay Range : $20.40 / hr - $28.75 / hr

Please note : Credit Union 1 does not provide relocation assistance. If selected for an on-site position, candidates will be responsible for relocating to Alaska prior to the agreed upon start date at their own expense.
