Litigation Attorney

Job Title : Litigation Attorney

Location : Dallas, TX

Salary Rate : $120,000 - $180,000

My client is a well-respected firm, specializing in creditors rights. We are seeking an attorney with experience in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of litigation experience in Texas. If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do :

• Conduct written discovery and take depositions
• Represent Clients in federal and state court litigation
• Draft and argue discovery and dispositive motions
• Participate in settlement conferences, mediations, and negotiations
• Evaluate cases for liability, settlement potential, and trial strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court proceedings nationwide (occasional travel required)
• Communicate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, clients, and internal teams
• Understand client business operations to offer proactive legal advice

Responsibilities :

Experience as an attorney in litigation.
