As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute behavioral support interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
• Implement and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Train and guide support staff involved in ABA services.
• Collaborate with program staff and contribute as an integral member of the clinical team.
• Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.
