We’re hiring our first full-time employee — a Customer Success Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in helping our customers (consultants and nonprofits) succeed. We're a full remote company, so video is our most important communication tool, so we made you a video introducing you to our company and this role :
You’ll support consultants and nonprofit users by setting up surveys, refining PowerPoint reports, and guiding them through onboarding and training. You’ll also build training materials, experiment with AI tools to improve workflows, and contribute ideas that make our processes better.
This is an entry-level role with real growth potential — perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, great with people, and eager to grow alongside a startup.
