You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients. Job responsibilities include being a motivating force for the branch team, delivering on the goals of the branch, prioritizing understanding and meeting the needs of our clients, building and cultivating a high-performing team, encouraging ongoing learning and development within the team, forging meaningful relationships with local businesses, and ensuring a strong risk and control environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include a passion for creating exceptional experiences, outstanding leadership skills, a master of multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment, creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, influencing, educating, and connecting your team, partners, and clients with technology, 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience, a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include a college degree or military equivalent.
