Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care by developing and implementing tailored care plans while maintaining accurate patient medical records. Essential Functions : Assess, plan, execute, and document personalized nursing care for patients across all age groups. Encourage patient independence by setting care goals and involving patients and families in discussions about medical conditions, testing, medications, and self-care techniques. Monitor patients' physical, mental, and emotional status, reporting changes as needed. Provide direct patient support as an integral member of the healthcare team. Adhere strictly to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
Minimum Knowledge and Skills : Solid understanding of nursing fundamentals, effective communication abilities, basic computer and keyboarding skills, and strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.

Education and Experience : Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred. Previous nursing experience is advantageous.
Licensure and Certification : Current Registered Nurse licensure in the relevant state. Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification; if not American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, AHA BLS must be obtained within three months of hire.
