About The Role

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, proactively reaching out to prospects to generate new business opportunities. Leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, ensuring they're an ideal fit for our products and services. What You'll Do

• Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers within target industries.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals.
• Clearly articulate the value of our products and services, tailoring your messaging to address specific pain points.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce.
• Continuously refine your approach by staying informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and product updates.
• Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.
