Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice (Near Rural WA Community) Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a rural setting? Are you a Family Physician seeking a locum tenens opportunity to make a real difference? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physician to join our team and provide high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic near a rural community. This is a locum tenens position with a start date as soon as credentialing is complete and a contract length of 3 months, with the possibility to extend. What We Offer : Schedule : Full-time Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (40 hours / week) with an unpaid lunch break. Patient Care : You will see up to 21 patients per day, potentially more depending on cancellations. We are looking for a physician comfortable with a high-volume environment and experience working with all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Support System : Each provider has a dedicated medical assistant, with access to receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatricians. A local healthcare administrator will handle your timecards. Patient Population : We serve a diverse community, including migrants and refugees. Interpretive services are available on-site. While fluency in Spanish is a requirement, additional languages are a plus. Technology : We utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system. Procedures : You will perform basic procedures like injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
