Acute Psychiatrist

Location : Fort Wayne, Indiana

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a collaborative inpatient behavioral health team in Fort Wayne, IN. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation.

Position Overview

Monday–Friday schedule, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m. (with some flexibility)

Caseload : 12–16 patients / day

Primarily inpatient psychiatry with occasional PHP / IOP and tele-psychiatry consults

Daily treatment team meetings with support from UR staff and social workers

Work in collaboration with a full-time Nurse Practitioner

Requirements

MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry

Active Indiana medical license (or eligibility)
