Position : Assistant Property Manager

Location : St. Petersburg, FL

Pay : $ 24 to $26 / hour (depending on experience)

Experience : Experience working on lease-ups of tax credit properties is required. Prior experience in multifamily property management or leasing is required.

Type : Full-time; Temporary (approximately 68 weeks; potential for future opportunities)

Schedule : Monday Thursday, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm; Friday, 8 : 00am to 12 : 00pm

HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Assist with leasing and resident relations, including answering inquiries, showing units, and processing applications.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks such as lease preparation, renewals, move-in / move-out coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and occupancy updates.
• Support marketing efforts and resident engagement events.
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws and tax credit program requirements.
