Key Responsibilities :

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

Monitor and document resident progress

Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support care goals

Educate residents and caregivers on techniques for safe movement and injury prevention

Qualifications :

Current PTA license in Utah
