Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach : Identify and actively reach out to top-tier hardware and software engineering talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Candidate Engagement : Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience for candidates.
• Account Manager : Partner closely with account managers to understand client staffing needs. Work with account managers to develop clear job descriptions and create tailored recruitment strategies to meet specific requirements.
• Candidate Placement : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement. Ensure timely and successful hiring of candidates.
• Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for both candidates and account managers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve Targets : Drive results by meeting and exceeding placement targets and other recruitment metrics.
