Water Resources HH Project Engineer I

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST HIGHLIGHTS :

• This position does NOT require weekend, night, or holiday shift coverage.
• This position does NOT require coverage for on-call shift rotation.
• This position does NOT require assisting patients with ADLs (activities of daily living).

SUMMARY :  The Behavior Specialist is responsible for conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with patients within Rogers Behavioral Health Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospital (PHP) and Acute Inpatient treatment programs as detailed. Behavior specialists train and work with the assigned Clinical Services Manager to design and implement CBT specific treatment plans for those with Anxiety & OCD Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders and Trauma-Related Disorders.

SCHEDULE :

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) : Monday – Friday 8 : 00a - 4 : 30p

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) : Monday – Friday 10 : 00a - 6 : 30p
