Job descriptionHealth system in beautiful CT River Valley seeks concierge physician to take over for retiring Provider. Retiring physician would transition new provider and share call initially
New provider would initially have a 450-patient panel , approximately 95% of whom are 65+ with long term goal of adding another provider upon senior physician retirement
- Occasional home visits and nursing home / independent living / retirement community patients
- Provider should be available as needed via cellphone
