Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Utilization Review for a travel job in Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Utilization Review
• Discipline : LPN / LVN
• Start Date : 10 / 12 / 2025
• Duration : 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel

Will conduct auditing and reporting for facility. Reviewing documentation, medication audits, infection and would care audits, and pulling reporting and tracking. Must have experience. All candidates will be clinically interviewed. please submit interview availability.
