Desired Skills :

• In-depth knowledge and advanced proficiency in CWDM / DWDM Optical Transport systems including Ciena, Alcatel. Familiarity with Dark Fiber vendors, their organizational processes, standards, and network portfolio maps is preferred. Knowledge of Pathloss 5 microwave design software.
• Proficient in office applications : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
• Executive-level troubleshooting, problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Decision-making skills, including using available data, anticipating future needs, and understanding organizational impact.
• Superior organizational and planning skills, including setting priorities, workload management, delegation, and follow-up.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply wireless engineering knowledge.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High productivity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with engineering and economic principles is preferred.
