The Role

We're looking for a highly analytical, customer-obsessed Senior Business Operations Analyst to help our customers unlock the full value of the Verse platform. The ideal candidate has a consulting background and thrives at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and data-driven insights. You'll be the voice of the customer internally and a trusted advisor externally—ensuring our users succeed, stay engaged, and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Success

• Support customer onboarding and day-to-day engagement activities to ensure a positive user experience.
• Lead pilots with potential customers in close collaboration with the Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams
• Assist in gathering and organizing user feedback on goals, workflows, and product pain-points.
• Help prepare and execute one-off data analyses under the guidance of senior team members or the Data Science team.
• Collaborate with the Product team by documenting recurring customer needs for consideration in the product roadmap.

Base Pay Range

$110,000 - $140,000

This is the estimated base salary range for this position, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
