Flow Inventory Associate

Reconditioning Associate

Under general supervision, responsible for daily reconciliation of vehicle inventory. Facilitates the direction of work and disseminates tasks from the Reconditioning Production Manager to Reconditioning Associates in the areas of zone maintenance, prep for delivery, vehicle receiving, inventory transfers, scanning and reconciliation of inventory, and vehicle movement (on and off lot). Reports behaviors, attendance, performance, and tardiness of Reconditioning Associates to Supervisor.

On as needed basis, responsible for Reconditioning Associate and Reconditioning Associate I and II duties including but not limited to, zone maintenance, prep for delivery, vehicle receiving, inventory scanning, vehicle movement (both on and off lot), basic vehicle detailing including car wash, wash bay, interior cleaning / vacuuming, exterior cleanliness, completing cosmetic inspection, final quality inspections, paint touch-up, wet sanding and buffing.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Train and mentor associates in performance of standardized work
• Document, improve and ensure compliance of standardized work
• Facilitate direction of work and tasks to Reconditioning Associates in all inventory areas
• Ensure timely performance of all inventory functions
• Direct and approve work of vendors
• Perform daily reconciliation of vehicle inventory
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Provide auction support
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Complete duties as assigned by Leads and Managers
