We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Monitor, observe, and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

• Accurately document food and fluid intake

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Support nursing staff with treatments and resident care

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to all residents

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $18.50 to $22.00
Shift Differentials: Competitive shift differentials offered

Available Shifts:

• Day (7:00am – 3:00pm)

• Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm)

• Night (11:00pm – 7:00am)

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

• Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)

• Weekend availability required

Sign-On Bonus:

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualification and Skills:

• Current NYS CNA Certification (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Prior experience in a healthcare or eldercare setting preferred

• Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Basic computer skills required

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

• Patient, compassionate, flexible, and dependable

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
