We are always looking for new talents and highly specialized professionals, more specifically for :

Calibration Engineer

to support the development, validation, and release of engine and transmission control calibrations across internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicle powertrains .

The role focuses on drivability, emissions, performance, and diagnostics to ensure system compliance with OEM requirements and regulatory standards.

Key requirements for the position :

  • Perform vehicle and dynamometer testing to assess drivability, emissions, torque control, and fuel economy
  • Use ETAS INCA / MDA for calibration, data logging, and result analysis.
  • Support DTC analysis in collaboration with Diagnostic Engineers.
  • Participate in vehicle and bench testing to verify sensor and actuator calibration.
  • Support root cause analysis of calibration and control issues during development and production phases.

Required Skills :

  • Solid experience with INCA (ETAS) and calibration file management.
  • Strong understanding of engine and transmission calibration strategies for ICE and electrified powertrains.
  • Ability to read and interpret calibration maps and datasets.
  • Experience with CANalyzer / CANcase for complementary vehicle data logging.
  • Familiarity with hybrid systems, powertrain management, and OBD is a plus.
  • Profile Completes :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in powertrain calibration and validation.
  • Knowledge of ETK, XCP, CCP protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork capability.
  • Location : Detroit Metropolitan area
