Position Summary :

The Dispatcher is responsible for the daily dispatching and planning for the LNA private fleet and third-party carriers.

Responsibilities & Expectations :

Safety and Compliance :

• Ensures that the company fleet operates within all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company guidelines.
• Present a commitment to quality, service and safety, while always upholding Lhoist core values.

Load Planning and Scheduling :

Customer Service :

Other duties as assigned.

Attributes :

Physical Demands Include, But Are Not Limited To :

Required Education : High School Diploma, GED Equivalent.

Required Experience : 3-5 years of dispatching and customer service experience.

Preferred Experience : SAP experience, experience with e-logs & GPS tracking.
